- All orders are shipped via Federal Express.
- Any customs and/or brokerage fees for international orders are the responsibility of the receiver and may be collected by the shipper on delivery.
- For inquiries about order shipping transit times please refer to http://www.fedex.com/ca_english/. Orders are shipped from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
Over the past five years we have worked with a large number of organizations and groups involved with measuring and monitoring bacterial contamination in water.
Returns
- Shipping and brokerage/custom charges for returns are the responsibility of the sender.
- Returns must accompany an RAN (return authorization number) to be accepted.

- Defective/damaged product will be replaced at no cost (including shipping and brokerage/customs fee). To report defective or damaged product please contact us at info@bluewaterbiosciences.com.
